The the inner critic is quietened and the chaotic monkey mind transcends into a deeply calm and meditative state of peace to restore balance and harmony to your mind, body, and spirit. The vibrations align with your chakras (energy centres in our body as per yogic tradition) promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and supporting natural healing. It’s a peaceful journey toward inner balance and well-being. Darshana travelled to a school in Bali to learn this ancient healing art and now uses it for the benefit of her clients alongside other mindfulness practices for enhanced mental wellness.
