Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present, paying attention to your breath, body, thoughts, and emotions without judgment. It helps you navigate life with more clarity, peace, and emotional resilience, bringing calm to your everyday routine. Being a practicing Hindu Darshana learnt Mindfulness since childhood as its ingrained in the very fabric and culture of her Indian traditions and heritage. She also travelled to the far east locations such as Thailand, Laos & Bali to further her spiritual journeys and learn from other cultures in order to blend the eastern and western modalities of healing and offer it not only to her patients in the NHS but also her clients who attend her wellness retreats.

What is Mindfulness Practices?
Mindfulness is the practice of cultivating the power of being in the ‘here & now’ through techniques like mindful breathing, chanting, meditation, Yoga Nidra, body scans etc. These techniques help reduce anxiety of being in the past which is gone or worrying about a future that is not here yet. It ushers in a sense of calm and control, improves focus, productivity and above all promotes emotional well-being.
