What is Shiatsu Therapy?
Shiatsu originated in Japan and is based on technique of applying gentle pressure by fingers or elbows to specific points on the body to restore the flow of energy (Qi) and promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. Sessions are done fully clothed on a mat or massage chair. It helps you feel balanced and rejuvenated.
